Just like plants need water and sunlight to grow, humans need support to THRIVE!

As the owner of Thrive Counseling Center and someone who wasn’t diagnosed with ADHD until my late 30's, I want to personally welcome you to this next step in your journey.
For years, I worked hard, juggled everything, and still felt like something was off. I didn’t have a name for it. I thought I was just overwhelmed or not trying hard enough. When I finally received an ADHD diagnosis, it brought clarity and validation to experiences I had carried for most of my life. The perfectionism, the people-pleasing, the constant drive to achieve more... these were the "coping skills" I developed to be able to function and be "successful."
This guide is built from both professional expertise and personal experience. The resources, referrals, tools, and strategies you’ll find here have been carefully chosen by me. Many of them are things I still use in my own life to stay grounded, organized, and balanced.
ADHD doesn’t mean you’re broken, it means your brain works differently. Now you have the opportunity to understand it, support it, and thrive with it. Whether you choose to explore therapy, medication, coaching, or lifestyle changes, know that this journey is yours, and you’re not alone.
The guide and resources below are not a substitute for treatment, but it’s a place to begin. A roadmap. A reminder that real, lasting change is possible. By being here, you’ve already taken a powerful first step.
Let's thrive together!
